- Text must be in final form on a disk or sent by e-mail. There is a $100 dollar surcharge for typing up your text if it is handwritten on scraps, napkins or paper.
- One to two photos per page, scanning up to four photos is included in the price. After that it is 10 photos for $20.00. Custom alterations and improvement of images are billed by the hour $35 per hour / $10 minimum.

- Web page maintenance is done at your request, $35 per hour / $10 minimum. Minor updates are included free.
